Jeremy

Jeremy Watrous

General Manager

Jeremy Watrous is the General Manager at Merlin Global Services. Jeremy manages the programs team and oversees all Merlin employees supporting operations.

Prior to joining Merlin, Jeremy served in the United States Marine Corps as an Imagery Analyst / Imagery Chief, where he specialized in the advanced analysis of synthetic aperture radar and fusion of other intelligence disciplines.

Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in project management from National University. He also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Wayne Miller

Wayne Miller

Vice President, Contracts

Wayne Miller is Vice President, Contracts for Merlin Global Services. As a member of the Executive Management Team, he manages all contractual and purchasing activities. He is intimately involved with many of the day to day operations of the company, from daily guidance to company managers, contract/sub-contract management, proposal submittal, and ITAR compliance.

Wayne has more than 20 years of Contracts and Purchasing experience. Prior to joining Merlin in 2009, he held increasingly responsible positions at UTC Aerospace Systems (Hamilton Sundstrand) and Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation. While at Sikorsky, he was the Contract Administrator responsible for MH-60S Helicopter sales to the U.S Navy.

Wayne holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire.

Mike

Brady Minich

Vice President, Programs

Brady Minich is Vice President of Programs at Merlin Global Services, responsible for overseeing A&AS and Flight Operations programs for the company.

Prior to joining Merlin, Brady served in the Air National Guard (ANG) in a variety of roles as both a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer and a Commissioned Officer in the Aircraft Maintenance career field. During his tenure as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer he oversaw maintenance on KC-135R Stratotanker and MQ-9A Reaper aircraft.

Brady received his Air Force Commission from the Academy of Military Science, Detachment 12. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Management from Franklin University. He also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Mike

Michael Lock

Director, Aviation Services

Michael Lock is Director of Aviation Services at Merlin Global Services, responsible for running current programs and managing A&AS and Maintenance personnel for the company since he joined in March 2009.

Prior to joining Merlin, Mike served in the US Air Force as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer and Program Manager supporting a variety of manned and unmanned aircraft and programs. During his tenure as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer, he managed maintenance on multiple platforms to include the KC-135, F-15C, and the MQ-1 Predator. While serving as the Predator/Reaper Branch Chief at Air Combat Command, Mike managed all Logistics required to stand up Combat Air Patrols.

Mike received his Air Force Commission from the University of Louisville ROTC Det 295. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Indiana University Southeast and a Master of Science Degree in Public Administration from Oklahoma University.

Filippo

Mike Edeker

Director, Programs

Mike Edeker is Director of Programs at Merlin Global Services, overseeing Contractor Logistics Support services for aircraft and sensor maintenance since June 2018.

Prior to joining Merlin, Mike worked for VATC as Scenario Manager for AFSOC exercise Emerald Warrior. He also was the deployed Site Lead for SAIC/Leidos programs Saturn Arch and Desert Owl, and previously worked for Merlin filling roles as a Site Lead and in Business Development / Program Management. Mike is a retired Veteran of the US Air Force where he served for 5 years as a Dental Technician/Surgery Assistant followed by 15 years in AFSOC as AC-130U Sensor Operator where he retired in 2009 as 4th SOS Squadron Superintendent. Mike has operational experience with AC-130, Dash-8, B-200/350, and MQ-9 aircraft. He has over 4000-hours flying Close-Air-Support and ISR missions and has been involved in combat operations as both active-duty military and a contractor in: Desert Shield/Storm, Bosnia, Kosovo, OEF, OIF, and AFRICOM.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and a Master of Arts Degree in International Relations from University Oklahoma. He also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Russ

Russ Henos

Director, Programs

Russ Henos is Director of Programs at Merlin Global Services, responsible for managing all flight operations and training programs.

Prior to joining Merlin, Russ served in the United States Marine Corps as an F/A-18 Pilot and Forward Air Controller. During his tenure in the Marine Corps, Russ received multiple instructor ratings in the F/A-18, held leadership positions in operations, maintenance, and logistics, and deployed throughout the world supporting both combat and training operations. After leaving the Marine Corps, Russ worked at L3 Technologies developing training systems for advanced weapon, navigation, and communication systems in the F/A-18.

Russ received his commission from the Officer Candidate School (OCS). He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Arizona State University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles. He also holds an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate and type rating in Citation business jets.
